NYC DOB Code Change

QEI Inspectors have an extension until July 1, 2010 within that time they need to take the NYC DOB inspectors test and pass it, and then the DOB will give them another extension until July 1, 2011 while background check is going on. (if you do not take the test and pass it you will not be able to perform inspections or witnessing in the five boroughs).

Performing companies having mechanics performing 5yr and 1yr inspections will need to be licensed by January 1st 2012.
